He sent me an item loose in a box with the misc hardware to hook it up. It came damaged (but still worked) so i complained to him. He told me "too bad". :|

My first was a negative back in 99. The guy followed up with a positive (when you could still give more than one per transaction) so it kinda worked out. Still a pain in the ass though. Ended up being his mistake.
