So I'm sitting at work, minding my own business, when all of a sudden almost all hearing in my right ear disappears. I hear a very tiny ringing for like 3 seconds (no joke), and then the ringing disappears and everything returns to normal.

What the heck happened?

Welcome to the human body. Pressure discharge from the inner ear.

And no you don't have tinnitus, don't listen to these apple baskets.

Drink some water and eat some food. You usually get tunnel vision also, but this was just a minor thing.

I got it all the time back when I used to cut weight, first your ears ring and you feel shocked and your vision starts closin up, then you have to lay down or you pass out. Just get some food and water in you. :)
