Hi all,

i just bought this Intel E8400 a few days ago.
I use CPU-Z 1.42 to test the cpu..

It say core voltage 1.104V
specification: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00Ghz

core speed 2000.2Mhz
Multiplier x 6.0
Bus speed 333.4Mhz
Rated FSB 1333.4Mhz

I have set the multiplier at 9x in the bios. but don't know the multiplier in CPU-Z says 6x

My board is Gigabtye P35-DS3

Yes maybe he should have done some checking but face it, he is coming from the AMD crowd. But just because not all of us have over 5k posts doesn't make us stupid........
The best advice came from Powernick and he has less than 300 posts so their.
He hit the nail on the head!
