Duct tape will not hold long on those bricks. I'd get more tape or find a case if I were you. Props for originality though.

you know....for the cancer you and your roomate are going to get from the electromagnetic radiation.

Also, if thats an AMD system like I think.....take special care to not melt the concrete wall.
might also want to verify that the flash point of cinderblock is well above the "normal" temps for AMD computers--Its probably not, and that could be a fire hazard.

<sigh> good job though, Im also a college student. I ran a Half life Firearms server out of my dorm room also {5Mbit connection, how could I not?? :) } BUT my little operation was a bit more professional with a compaq proliant server. ....go figure, a server thats a server.

a) computers put out a lot less EMI than a cheap desk fan

b)one word: Prescott ;)

c) Compaq sucks :p granted, their servers are infinitely better than their desktops (not that that's saying much...)

Fact: Counter-Strike for the PC is the world?s most popular online action game. With approximately 2.5-million Counter-Strike players worldwide and more than 100,000 of them playing at any given moment, the action is non-stop. It has won more than 50 Game of the Year honors worldwide. -Valve

Granted it is an aging game but is still loads of fun to play. Props again for originality for a computer mod and the desire to bring the fun of CS to the local masses!! :D:beer:

I hope your dorm walls are better than mine.
I swear the things are coated with crisco.
I had to use duct tape just to stick up fricken posters.

Making fun of the heat AMD processors produce is as old as Michael Jackson and little boy jokes.
