My "full blooded mutt" finally had been suffering from congestive heart failure for about the past 4 months. His heart was enlarging and it was pressing against his throat making it hard for him to breathe, even taking many pills a day. He was able to come with my Dad and StepMom to my Graduation from Virginia Tech and then it got to be too much for him.:brokenheart: Well I guess now my mom can walk him for eternity now! (bittersweet)

Looks to be a Border collie or Sheltie mix. I have a 9 year old Sheltie that has trouble breathing due to a collapsed trachea. She's even on 5 mg of hydrocodone if you can believe that.

As far as we knew he was a Corgi/Spitz mix with some other breeds...Sorry to hear about your dog!
