Yeah we just spoke to the vet and not the surgeon and they were more positive. They said with medication and the right diet change things should be ok. So I guess Ill just have to pray and see how things go.

Dogs are sad because they are like real members of your family, but they die like every 10-~15 years My first dog died and it hurt real bad. I hope nothing happens to my current doggie.

I don't know what I'd do if I got the same news about my dog as you did. I'd be absolutely devastated. I know this sounds cliche, but my dog is my best friend in a sense.
