My dog has an upset stomach

My dog must have eaten something disagreeable yesterday. She had breakfast, and half a rawhide bone, and since about late afternoon has needed to go out about once an hour like clockwork. I'm thinking she ate something off my floor that I didn't see.

She's obviously not feeling well, but is not lethargic, and is drinking water. The stools are soft but not diarrhetic. I'm amazed that so much poop can come out of a 30 lb dog.

Any home remedies that might help settle her digestive system?

White rice for dinner tonight (and probably breakfast tomorrow), about 2/3 cup probably. And plenty of water. Avoid carpeted areas.

This.

You can also add in a little bit of skinned and boiled chicken.

Take her outside and see if she eats grass. Dogs will eat grass when they're not feeling well, and then she'll vomit and most likely be fine.

There is 2 feet of snow on the ground. That will be difficult.
