Are you talking about the firmware? If so, no wonder you are having issues.

Yeah, it's only 3 years. There is new firmware though, version 2.70 dated 8/31. They claim it improves performance, so I'm downloading now.

no, config file, not firmware. as a firmware change would reset the router completely, i saved all the configuration (security settings, etc) to a file. but that file gave a checksum error when i tried to use it.



and with the latest firmware it just reset itself again. i guess it's toast. it should still be under warranty, at least.
