My dishwasher died....need a new one.

My dishwasher died. Repair guy says mise well buy a new one. It is 20+ years old, so I will go with the idea.

Anyone have any recommendations on a good dishwasher (not including hands, children, slaves, dog, or rain)?

We just bought a Kenmore and it works extremely well and is relatively quiet. We got it on sale for ~$400.
