My disc is stuck in my fat ps4 ?. .

You can try tweezers you can also try with a second disk, use some cheap cd or anything you don't mind potentially breaking, sticking a second disc beneath the stuck one and jiggling it around might cause the mechanism to spit the disk out.

The proper solution is to take your PS4 apart then take the drive apart and remove the disc.
