There's no specific reason, it's just what I had laying around. Reasonably healthy, the carrots take fucking forever to eat, and the hummus makes it somewhat filling. I try to eat healthy M-F (except pizza 1 day during the week), and then sat/sun is usually pretty questionable haha.

I'm hungry again already though. Might eat some hummus and pita chips and MORE blueberries.
