Laptop keyboards are suck. I know you're blaming Dell, but all of them are so thin that any amount of moisture can ruin one. I've seen this happen to about 30 laptops in 2 years and the only thing to do is pay the $100 to replace it (you can actually do it yourself easily if you can find the part).

i suggest you go pick up a regular keyboard for now. One of the other people there with you must have an american keyboard.

We had Dell Reps in our office yesterday. We have been having a bunch of our Dell Laptops go bad. Like the keyboard, LCD. Our IS Director was professionally telling the Dell reps how dissapointed our company is with the quality of the laptops.
