My day yesterday....

I had a really good day yesterday. While I was on vacation with Xerox Man I missed my little cousin a LOT. (She's 9 and a handfull. lol) Well, yesterday I took her to two movies (Stuart Little 2 and Spy Kids 2), then we went to dinner with her parents and mine and my step-brother. After that she wanted me to spend the night with her. We got my stuff, got to her house and I talked to her parents for a while. (Her mom is my 1st cousin.) Then, we spent the night in her little tree/play house and watched a movie. I think it will be a memory that we will both have forever. It was a really good time.

I just had to share.

I just love my little cousin. I've been around her since she was born and I missed her so much while I was gone. I think I'm taking her swimming tomorrow too.

I'm really close to my cousins too and I have a ton of them, ranging from 5 to 15 years old! i love them all. i always take them out to go do stuff and since i'm not technically an "adult" according to them i'm cool hehe. i'm 22, but i have a lot of fun with them anyways. it's nice taking a break from being an adult once in awhile.

I mainly know my cousins from my mom's side of the family. I have cousins anywhere from a baby to about 40 years old. (My mom was the middle of 6.) So....we have lots of family. A lot doesn't live around here, though, so I mainly just get to see a few. (I probably don't even know a 1/4 of my dad's side of the family. He was the baby of 9 and they all multiplied like bunnies. :Q heehee) Glad you get to spend some time with your cousins too, wg.

I spent another day with my cousin yesterday. We went swimming and I worked on my tan. Then, we saw XXX. (No, not a porn movie. ) heehee We went to the store and she bought a couple games and then we went to her parents restaurant and played a few games, talked, had dinner, and had a good time.

Your relationship with your little cousin sounds great, and probably just what she will need as she gets older... you can be there for her on those occasions when she and her mom might have trouble communicating.
