since nintendo owns the franchise, i would think they only have it for gameboy/gamecube.

There is some Pokemon game coming out for Gamecube though.

solution is to get an emulator...like GBcolor or GBA or SNES emulator for pc and then get
the game image and play it on your PC. Of course this is illegal unless u own the game.
but it achieves what u want...play Pokemon on PC.
