From talking with him about OLD TIMES I found out we owned a 1955 NOMAD when I was a KID!! Just like the one pictured here.


DAMN DAMN DAMN, I wish my Dad had never sold THAT ONE!!!!!!


We also owned a 1955 two door Belair...ARGHHHHHH

What I wouldn't give for a time machine right about now!!!

I know the feeling. My mom used to own a 53 Corvette. She used to drag race it until they were working on it one day and it caught on fire and burned.

The Nomad was not really that common.

Nomad production: 8530 units, .5% of 1,830,038 total 1955 Chevy production making it one of Chevrolet?s rarest models.
