my cpu is not stable?

i have a 6000+ 3.0 on a biostar 590 deluxe


when i look on cpuz i keep seeing the frequency jumping up and down. is this stable?

turn off amd cool&quiet in your BIOS and check if it stops.

also another question, i plugged in the AUDIO for the front panel to the mobo but it doesnt seem to work when i plug in my headphones.. is this also a problem solve on bios?

u might not have the connection right..try flip-flopping the connection so what ever wire is on the left is now on the right and vice versa.

no the plug is made so that its nto all holes theres like this white thing in it to tell you how to plug it in
