I think I figured it out he has set up his comp and desk inside the walk in freezer at his restaurant to test how cool his system runs inside a freezer.

You notice you can almost hear his teeth chattering as he types.

It will last long maybe but not too long .... but crystals from otherside will make last not so long, but colder.
