my cpu and/or motherboard just took a dump on me

i love to overclock, so i'm thinking about replacing the motherboard with a dfi lanparty nf2 board and 512 or 1gb of fast mem ( 2-2-2 t1 at 400+ mhz)
and a 2500+ barton

can i do this with under 300 ? or anything like it ?

ohh yeah any of you own twinmos memory ??
what is the general concensus around here on that stuff ??

hell myself id go with a 2500+ (aqxea i think...is the stepping ) and an ABIT NF7-S ver. 2 with some hyper x or corsair hell even some Geil golden dragon stuff....however for 300 bucks kinda limits you on that tho LOL. since 1gb of decent fast ram will cost about a minimum of 200 bucks alone from what im looking at now however 512mb can be done and you can be real lcose to yoru 300 dollar goal . also the twin mos stuff is supposed to be very good and is supposed to OC like crazy.

maybe i'll save up a bit more cause i really want that dfi lanparty board
512mb of good pc3200 should be good enough for me (maybe just one stick so i can upgrade to dual channel later and not have to worry bout having all 3 slots full)

this is what i wanna get:

dfi lanparty nf2
2500+ barton
2x 512mb pc3700 twinmos

any guesses on the highest fsb this system can reach ??
any better memory at 2-2-2 t1 timings ?
