Most Windows users don't know all the keyboard shortcuts. My mom always clicks on Edit -> Cut; Edit -> Paste and can't figure out how to use multiple windows at the same time - so 1 maximized window, at a time.

Even being a very frequent computer user and one who knows and loves all the keyboard shortcuts, I only started using CTRL-Tab to switch tabs in Windows and Firefox within the last few weeks.

i know lots of people who do that. i've been working with computers for a long time and there's still stuff i don't know about or don't know all the combinations for.
