His mother had to pay his bills and his brother had to go to Arizona to hire an attorney for the case. Lots of money wasted. The judge looked at the paperwork and said he's here legally. He has a green card, he's a permanent resident and his mother is a US Citizen. The Judge threw out the case and he was released.
