My connection is really fast lately--does this sound right??

The last several days I've been checking my speed on dslreports.com and several other sites, and have been getting between 2.5Mbps consistently and a peak around 2.8 from Cox Cable. Does this sound too fast, or is it about right? A neighbor down the road says he is getting about the same figures. I thought my bandwidth was capped at 1.5Mbps. . . . .

The way cable works in my area is you are not capped you just get what you can get but they say you will always be able to get atleast xkb/sec thats probably your deal
