My Computer Keeps Crashing

The strangest thing happened to my computer the other day. I started up BT (Bittorrent...for legal stuff...) and it started to go, but then it a minute my computer crashed and rebooted. So I tried it again, SAME THING. BT (Azurus) keeps crashing my computer. Specs are in sig, but I'm pretty sure my OC is stable. I even backed it down to 2.5ghz at 1.425v (which I think is alot of volts for that speed) to make sure and it's still doing it!

So, WTF is up with my computer? I can game for hours but I can't leave BT running for 5 minutes. WTF???? WTF???????

Help me!

Yes it's 12 hours stable (plus everything else doesn't crash except some older games and even that is rare that I don't see is a problem)

EDIT: I also consider Quake 4 to be a stablility tester. It seems that THAT IS THE game that will crash no matter what when your OC isn't stable. And I guess you can say it's Quake 4 stable too.

I'm starting to think is actually was my OC. Its been running fine for 5 minutes at stock speeds (right now as I type).

It's not the OC because it freezes at stock speeds too. So, any suggestions on what to do? I plan on reinstalling Java, and if that doesn't do it then I'll try a different BT program.

Are you playing any kind of video while having azurus open? I had the same problem with azurus playing movies while it was open. It would freeze up and not respond.

It probably is Azureus... it periodically makes my PC crash too (usually first sign is losing USB mouse), then all out hang. There are many other BT clients out there (do a search), but virtually everyone will say that Azureus is the tops. As another poster stated, it is Java.

My USB mouse and Keyboard freeze too and then I have to restart. I guess it is just Azurus. I guess I'll try either uTorrent or Bit Comet.

Just a FYI - there is a new build of Azureus out (2.4) and I seem to have better sessions with it and there are some nice features included like encryption (fool your ISP if they are throttling) and new easy file selection for d/ls.
