Ok, when I turn my PC on it goes to the DFI screen and then doesn't do anything. I reset my BIOS and that didn't seem to help. I took out the video card and put in a PCI video card because with the video card in it would even go to Mobo screeen.

My specs are:

DFI nForce4 Ultra-D
Rosewill X800 XL
3200+ Venice
1 gig of TwinMos RAM
Athena 500W PSU

Need some more info to decipher your question.
How did you reset the BIOS?
Is the "would" supposed to be a "wouldn't"?
What happened when you installed the PCI video card?
Is this a new build, or was it previously working?

To reset the bios, I removed the battery, and moved the jumper into the reset position.

It was supposed to be "wouldn't."

When I installed the PCI video card, the monitor turned on and went to the colorful DFI Lanparty screen.

This was previously working.

I thought it might be the cpu, so I tried taking the cpu out and seeing how far it got, but the monitor didn't even turn on. So after putting the CPU in, and bending 4 pins, and taking an hour or so to straighten them, I got back to the Lanparty screen.

Well, I forgot to hook my boot drive back up, so that was the problem. However, my Radeon X800XL still does not work. I was using it in the bottom PCI-E slot, and so I tried moving back up to the original top PCI-E slot, but that didn't make any difference. So, I think I need to send my video card in for repair. Thanks for all the help.
