My computer is haunted!!!

My computer restarts on its own every once in a while. Sometimes the A: drive starts reading even when I'm not touching my computer.....has anyone else experience this with their system?

I've experienced the A: drive thing on a friends computer... it was some virus scanner donig some "auto check" thing

Restarting could be a power or mobo issue.
