The freakin BSOD was going by so fast, i couldnt tell what the heck was wrong....

Pulled everything out and one by one systematically determined it was a ram chip...... Didnt know they go that often, 256mb Crucial.

Good thing they are on sale this week... and Thank God it wasnt my hard drive :D

<----- Backing up EVERYTHING right now.....

I've had what i thought were bad sticks of ram, it turns out that my ram timings in the BIOS were too agressive for all the chips to agree on. I have three crucial sticks in their right now, however, 2 are 256mb double sided, and the third is a 256 single sided (the newest stick that caused trouble).

I've had RAM go bad on me a couple of times. I had a stick of Crucial PC2100 256mb and a stick of Kingston PC2100 256mb go bad.
