Okay, earlier tonight I tried to OC. I had no luck and my system wasnt stable. So, I put my comp back to default settings. Neways, after one hour my comp crashed the same way is crashes when OCed. This is the 1st time I have ever crashed while NOT overclocked. Did I bust my CPU? Too be safe, I loaded "fail-safe defaults" in the bios.

Lot's of people's computer crash when they are not overclocking. Do you happen to be running an OS from a company called Microsoft? That might explain it. :Q

Clear the CMOS, especially if you updated the BIOS like I told you to, then load your normal settings. I know that helped w/ my board (VNF3-250).

You may also want to try OCing again if you updated the BIOS without clearing the CMOS afterwards. You just may have better results.
