Question My computer case uses CD-ROM thread screws for everything, even expansion slots and side panels.

How to I buy thumbscrews that are not the larger 6-32 thread? All the thumbscrews I find use the power supply size threading(or the threading you would find on a more typical computer case). I am having a hard time locating something that looks like it has the right threading. I guess if I had a new computer case this wouldnt be a problem .

Im still rocking a LIAN-LI PC-65 aluminum case from like 2005.
