I concur. Other than that, it looks good. I've noticed that the price of the Rosewill X800 XL fluctuates about $20 during the week. You should be able to catch it at $274.98 if you wait a few days. If you don't feel like waiting, it's just $10...

Hey! Floppies are useful! Seriously though, for installing drivers ...etc they're pretty useful. For example when you hit "F6" to load drivers on XP setup, unless you have another cd/dvd drive, you can pop in your SATA drivers during setup. They come in handy and they don't hurt :p

That hard drive is a bit expensive for 80GB. You can get a Western Digital Caviar 7200RPM SATA drive for about $55.

Agreed I may need it once a year, but when I need it I'm glad I have it. I actually have an old 486 in my closet with a 5.25" drive. I don't want to throw it out because it was the last computer I had with one. Probably should though, haven't used the drive in at least 10 years.

Yes, floppies can be quite useful when you realise that you still need them, such as the times when you need it to load SATA drivers when installing

SATA drives on the Silicon Image 3114R RAID controller on the ASUS A8N-SLI mobo.
