This is so that the people in the front can ask all visitors what their purpose is before letting them into the building. Well that's good and all but there's a few things that make it pointless and a waste of money.
1. Anyone with malicious intent is not going to tell you that they're going to shoot everyone in the building.
2. Even if they are refused entrance the doors and adjacent walls are all made of glass. One bullet and they're in.
3. If the person even has a bit of intelligence they'll use the 3 other glass doors around the building that aren't locked or monitored.
