My comp Gigabyte GA-8KNXP keeps randomly restarting on me!

I am running xp pro, with 1GB RAM, P4 3.2C, in a raid 0 setup with two 1st gen raptor drives. I could let the computer just sit there and it will restart on me eventually. I get a message "the system has recovered from a serious error" or something like that. What gives?

I had the same problem but windows was reporting a driver issue but couldnt say which one.
I can only suggest two things, one fixed it for me but dunno which one.

1/ i removed a Ricoh 52x52x32 cdrw drive

2/ changed from asus ti4800 superfast drivers to the nvidia one.

So far its work.

A friend has the same problem on a 8k1100 (same board basically with less features) and he unplugged his samsung 16x dvd rom and problem fixed itsself.
