My co-workers are idiots

I work as a software engineer and I am stuck with a bunch of HACKERS as co-workers. Don't want to get into specifics, but the design is F'd, the pseudo code is F'd in the design. now it's my job to take the pseudo code and code it, buthte design is F'd. Iwas given a design and now Ihave to do code/test on the POS unit of software.
