Check out delta view, my company uses it to compare changes in documents.

 for innovative printing. ;)

It sounds like you were on a business trip -- why didn't you just pay for the printing and expense it?

1) Provide the desk clerk with a token of your gratitude as an apology for the inconvience and appreciation for the assistance that was provided.

2) Some places have a guest office area that you can use; just ask.

3) Other places may allow you (under supervision) to use a printer from one of their computers; just ask.

4) They may have a printer that you can hook temporarily to your laptop (under supervision) and/or allow you to print from a memory stick.

The key to #3 or #4 is to ask very politely and reward the people that helped you with some type of gratitude :gift:beyond a thank-you

vi_edit, it was obvious that to attempt your suggestion would have insulted his intelligence. :)
rh71, maybe that's how he caught on to me!
phoenix86, I have Office 2003 which does have a compare function, but this was the first draft, sadly! And thanks for the
ggavinmoss, yes, I could have expensed it, but (1) I'm notoriously cheap with company money, and (2) it was about a 40 minute round-trip to the nearest place I could have paid for printing. The hotel didn't offer that service.
