My chicken tastes funny

There's this roast chicken I bought in Costco 3 days ago.
It's been sitting on the tabletop in room temperature since.
I am really hungry at the moment and decide to devour this chicken.
The meat of this chicken is really slimmy and tastes nothing like chicken.
What is the worst kind of disease I am going to get from eating this?
I am starting to feel a little concern.....
