beer is monopolized in Taiwan if my memory serves me right.

Can is half full. You drink the other half. When it cooks it semi-steams the chicken - just be sure to keep close watch on it - and it gives it a slight beer flavour (without the alcohol taste). Also, the grease drips into the can.

By the time the chicken was (over)done, instead of half a can, there was 3/4 of a can, with half it being chicken fat.

I also poured about 1/2 a can of beer into the veggies. Yummmm....
