Well, it was the first time I tried this. It was good, with a slight beer taste, but I overcooked it a bit. I think it would do with a bit of basting. The vegetables were perfect, with a caramelized beer taste.

I told the GF to get me a few cans of Stella Artois in a can, but they only had 24s, so she bought this Taiwan Beer instead. It's not so good I must say. For Chinese beer, Tsingtao is much better.

Anyways, our local stores have a pretty good selection of beer.
 
So what's the deal with the beer can? I'm guessing the can is opened and full of beer? Is this to enhance the flavor? I've never seen it before so it's new to me....😛
