I don't why people don't maintain their cars. It's $120 to fix the tailpipe and you're trying to delay it? Also, OP knows it needs tires and chooses to ignore it anyways.

It's probably time for OP to start taking public transit.

Probably blew his money buying video games and paying someone over 21 to get him and his friends some wine coolers over the weekend. I've been there. 20 years ago.
