My cat won't shut up!

If she's 11 in human years, she's 80 in cat years.

(20 x 1st year) + (6 x 10 years) = 80

My cats are 120 years old.

It's a little less than that. At 11 she's probably 59-60.

I found this and it's similar to the chart my vet has at her office.

At 5 years they're 35 and add 4 years for every year after. This is also the same for most dogs assuming they aren't over a certain weight (<21 lbs).

If cat is meowing incessantly after food/water/petting something is wrong. Might want to get vet checked out. Or her 'friend' is outside.

It's that time of year, all my cats are wanting outside even though they are fixed. Even if they aren't outside cats and they are fixed their instincts are telling them they should be doing something.

This. My cat will stare out the screen door and meow until we let him out. He's fixed btw. Just gets the itch - kinda like a dude with a vasectomy...

You can also sedate her with a little benadryl using an oral syringe. I usually do this when I take my devil cat on long trips. If you've ruled out her being ill and she's just annoying I suppose you could try it.

Well she hasn't been meowing since saturday, but she has been following me around a lot. maybe she just needs some extra attention or something?

Pic I just took of her:

She looks a lot like my fiance's cat Sebastian. He's quite the character. My cat Zoe is a strange one too.

Anyhow, did you recently change cat foods? Maybe she doesn't like the food you are giving her? Perhaps she was complaining that you needed to empty the shitbox? Or' maybe she just wants attention?

Now that you mention it, I did change her food about a month ago. Some new "senior plus" kibble designed for older cats. She seems to be eating it, though. (Cat food all looks/smells the same to me anyway...)

You can't just switch a cat's food. You should blend in a litte of the new stuff with the old and then increase the ratio over two weeks. Eventually they're entirely on the new stuff and they don't notice it.

She is summoning reinforcements. Yours and the lives of your loved ones are now in danger.

I recommend purchasing some dogs to defend your property.

My Boo likes to meow a lot as well. He has always been a big talker. Moreso recently because I think he wants to go and try to knock up all the ladies running around our neighborhood. Too bad he's fixed :awe: He hates our new kitten though!

My cat does this when he wants attention.
He also slams cupboards and opens the closet door to get my attention or scratches once on the couch.
He's an ass.

I'm not sure where I heard of this, but some people will stop the behavior by pleasuring the cat with a cotton swab or something.

I'd rather just get the cat fixed.

Aww man the bitch is doin' it again!

Dashing around, meowing constantly. She won't tell me what she wants. It's pretty warm outside so I was able to let her out, but she only stayed out for about a minute then came back in. Then wanted out again. Then in. Then out. Then in.

WTF is this psycho shit?!

My previous post explains it completely.

Your kitty is horny.
