Question, why are all the kitties on top of the cat. Did you move them? did they crawl up. I mean they usually look for the nipples so they can drink some milk.

Dude, you're screwed. You've got 15 kittens, but a cat only has 8 nipples/teats. That means that 7 of them will not get any milk. You've got to handfeed them. I recommend K-MER (although I don't quite know if that's how you spell it..).
