I live in Costa Verde Village. They have plenty of gated garages but only allow 1 spot per bedroom. We have a 1 bedroom and a loft and even though the loft is the size of a bedroom they only gave us one spot in the gated garage. Since my girlfriend has a brand new car I let her park in that spot. I was still able to park in the garage however, but not in the gated section, just in the overflow parking. The good news is that I convinced the apartment manager to give me a spot in the gated garage.

Alright, so now's a good time to turn this into YACT. Suggestions for a nice compact car? I like the mazda 3 like everyone else, and will definately look at it. Any other suggestions for reliability?

Oh, and DanTMWTMP, how do you like Trieste?

parking is tight, but we like it. I found costa verde a bit too pricy 🙁.

it's a little expensive, but I think we got a good deal. we got a one bedroom and a loft for $1300/month. It's about 1000 square feet with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace and such. We like it so far.

My dad and I went out and ended up getting a brand new mazda 3! I have a car again! I'll post some pictures as soon as I can!

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions/help throughout the whole process!

Well, I liked the look of the mazda 3 better, and it had better features for the price. My girlfriend has a civic as well.

nice choice. Really can't go wrong w/ the new 3.

Ever since the ricer people put a bad name on the integra, my opinion of the integra is very low. I'm pretty glad that I haven't seen any chopped up RSX's yet, but I'm sure I will.

I'd say you've got a really nice super awesome ultra-kill crazy godlike upgrade compared to the integra 😛

welcome to the mazda3 club 🙂 I just installed my springs today.. hehe. Nice small drop. Altho, I'm thinking I maybe should have went w/ a slightly smaller drop.. would have been an even set of stiffer springs. Really wanted a set of coilovers tho..

anyway, color, options? i or s? heh.. did you look at the tC? My buddy just got one.. and there are three things that I love about that car I wish I had.. auto power windows down... AND up... on BOTH driver/passenger side... a better ac unit, and toyota's automatic headlight shut off upon opening the door. I got too used to the last thing w/ my camry.

I really love the car so far. The only things that bother me so far is that the headrests cause a little bit of a blind spot for me and the rearview mirror is a little smaller than my integra. Other than that I love everything about it. It has a ton of extra little features that I'm still finding out. I got the i version with AT, the power package (16" wheels, power everything) and wheel locks etc. The way they described the engine immobilizer it doesn't sound like I'll have to worry about theft either. This is exactly the car I wanted! I definately wanted the i for the gas mileage (only 16 less hp too), and I got the power everything and what not. We were able to get it for $100 over invoice too so it was a great deal. Oh, and it's in the silver color. It wasn't my first choice (I liked the titanium) however now that I see it, I like it a lot. It provides a better contrast between the interior and exterior of the vehicle. Anyways, I'm loving it so far! Pics to come tomorrow probably!

Oh, and I didn't test drive the TC at all but I took a look at it. I found every feature of the 3 to be favorable for me. That's JMO though.

congrats on the new car, but i'd never get one 😉

geez, those pics of your integra are scary. mine's a green sedan, albeit a 98 and a gs-r.

*runs to check his car*

Makes me glad I own a car that isn't stolen much. I could leave a steal me sign on mine with the doors open and it'd still be there in the morning. 😛

Nice console, love the red accents.

It looks great at night too! Pictures definately don't do them justice. I highly recommend test driving the mazda 3 if you are in the market for a compact car. I am more than thrilled so far!
