The file is about 13mb. I wish I knew how to shrink this file.

Anyways, here it is. My engine rocks back and forth when it does this. My plugs are new and gapped properly. I have a new set of wires too and theyre attached appropiately.

Is this the cat? Im having a hard time filtering out the different possiblities.

Well, I have an old Integra and there's about a 300% chance I've had the same problem. Unfortuantely, I can't get the download to work. Can't connect to server.

Tried that, clicked through all the links, then it said 'can't connect to server'.

Did you change the plugs yourself? If so, did you look at the old ones? Last year my car was shaking like crazy due to a warped cylinder head. The year before that, it shook like crazy, but it was something else. Hard to tell wtihout the video. :(

Its either a backfire or misfire. I dont know what it is though. If its a backfire, it might be the cat, misfire might be my plugs or wires. Could be something else. Car are cool until they start acting up :(

by the sound of it, its seems like one of the combustion chambers is firing .... again I'm not an expert

could be lots a things,

it doesn't appear to be steady enough of a pop to be a burned exhaust valve

could be a bad emesion sensor of some type

could be a bad coil, bad crank sensor..don't know, what car is it, year? what engine is it?

just becuase you have new plugs and wires doesn't mean there good, did it do it before changing the plugs and wires

does the engine shake when idling or does it run smooth?

its smooth...just when it pops it does a little rock.

well things change when it's hot under the hood

fuel system get stressed, ignition/electrical system really get stressed, could be a bad coil pack. or a spark plug wire or sensor. I would say it's in the electical/ignition system

bad distrubator cap?

when was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

what car is it, brand , year engine, miles on it etc

is the engine running to hot? check the cooling system

a hot spot in the combustion chamber caused by running to lean?

Go back and double-check and make sure all of the spark plugs are seated well and that you have all of your sparkplug wires "snapped" down on the plugs. I had a spark plug back out a little due to me not tightening it enough. This caused a loss of compression on one of the cylinders and it bogged pretty bad. I'm not sure if this is a good way of diagnosing, but when you experience the problem at night, try looking under the car and see if the cat is glowing. I haven't ever had a cat clog on me, but I've heard a few people say that they glow when they are.

You may have a leaking fuel injector, or a malfunctioning fuel pressure regulator, something fuel related possibly as someone else has said.....although I'd need to see the video to make a better guesstimate; it won't d/l for me for some reason.
