My car has staggered tires

I think this is the first production car that I've seen with wider front tires than back tires.

You all have to guess what kind of car this is.

Nope it isn't a Civic.

Remember, this is a car that comes equipped this way from the factory.

Hint #2:It also comes stock with cross drilled brakes.

This is a hard one.

Hint # 3: Car first appeared in 2005. I currently have the 2006 model.

Hint #4: Bridgestone supplies the factory tires.

Hint#5: Its an American brand.

neon srt? There's no stock honda/acura that makes enough torque to warrant wide tires...

Closer. You are on the right track. But all four tires are the same size on the srt4.

255 in front, 225 or 235 in the rear?

Sort of winner!!!

Its the GXP!!!!!!. The bigger V8 brother of the supercharged GTP.

I knew it was a Pontiac, couldn't remember which one.
GM enthusiast here 😎

Wow, you guys got that quick for a fairly obscure car. I think I left too many hints.

Good work vizkiz. I see you are also a member of the ATOT muscle car club.

I got it off your first hint, didn't need any more than that.

I did make a mistake though, there is no GP GTP. Just the Grand Prix, Grand Prix GT and Grand Prix GXP. GTP is a G6 designation.

I have an 84 Corvette (I know, not really a muscle car) that I bought a new 350 w/380hp for. Even though I love the car, I'm selling the car and the engine. I'm gonna go with a C5 sometime in the [hopefully near] future.

Doesnt the cobalt SS have bigger tires in the front?

how bout the monte Impala/Carlo SS(same drivetrain to the Grand Prix GXP) ?

Vizkiz, there I think you confused Grand Prix generations. The old Grand prix top of the line was the GTP supercharged.

Pontiac's suck.

If you do keep it, make sure you have the accelerator installed, as they do not come with them as standard equipment.

Nah, I knew what it was too. I've got GTO, but considered buying a GXP for a winter/driver.

Nope, the Cobalt SS has 215's all around. The Impala SS and Monte Carlo SS have 235's all around.

That's a bad combo there.😕

Seriously...

Every cadillac for much of the 90's, the most recent generation of the lincoln continental, etc.

I don't like it, but it's been done for a while.
