my car doesn't have the power.....how come?

Just for further knowlege... When you remove the power source from a modern engine it tends to reset the onboard computer. If for some reason the surge protecter allowed a power spike into this unit you could have very well done some damage to it . Thus it would run rough and sometimes even not at all . My last post is still sound advice for it could also be a simple sensor that has gone bad and is sending bad signals to the computer.

it's a 96' Mazda. Well, I have the analyser ran on my car SO MANY FXXCKING TIMES!!!
When my car was still under waranty, I have the dealer replace the sensor once....then just two weeks ago, the engine check light come up again..I have an auto shop check again......and again, they say it's the sensor problem.....WTH!!

Well like i said before it's really hard to diagnose via the internet . If it's at all possible i would recomend just trading it in on something else . Why go through the headaches.

Sounds like a Vacum leak, check all your hoses by putting a piece of garden hose to your ear and listen for a hiss or suck around the engine compartment.
