I went running a couple of days ago at the park. Started cramping up on my calf. Tried to run it off but it kept getting worse. Started pulsating but I kept running for about another 1/4 mile thinking it will just go away.

I didn't feel it as bad yesterday, just some slight soreness, but I really feel it today. I limp everywhere I walk and my calf just feels like there is a hard ball in there. Its just really painful.

Anything I can do about it? I'm massaging it and stretching it out but that's just temporary relief.

punch a concrete wall as hard as you can. That should take your mind off your ailing calf.

You'll be ok. I pulled my calf doing calf raises last thursday. I was in pain on Friday, couldn't walk at all on Saturday, was still in a pain on Sunday. I didn't fully recover until this Tuesday. So nothing to worry about, just try to stand up and walk around every 30 or so minutes to prevent it from tightening.

Keep stretching it out periodically. Try a heating pad and/or an analgesic cream like BenGay.

usual would be what I felt yesterday. I was able to walk fine and even went bowling but there would just be a slight notice of pain on my calf.

Today...it really hurts.

When I first read the title I thought you meant you had a baby cow that was in pain....
