as far as the blinds being closed, they are closed, and shut so u can only see in them from above, but until a bit ago, i didn't realize just how cheap they were - they only provide a somewhat opaque shade if the sun is on that side of the house. i called the landlord to try and replace them, but since they're not broken, no dice...and i'm too cheap to buy new ones for a house that's not mine.

anyways, the cable company put through the complaint, and i'm over it, so no big reason to get all excited

I'm not sure where I side on this one. I used to live in that house and the guy must have been really looking. However, I was at Mardis Gras w/ them and there's no way you can be within 10 feet of them and not have to stare (sorry Aaron).
