The truth is that most of the ugly porn stars which are screwed up on drugs are usually the random armatures that do not make it very far. The ones which rise much higher in the industry such as Tera Patrick are far less likely to have a history of drugs and abuse.

Obviously if you marry a porn star like Tera Patrick you got to be ok with her having sex with lots of people, but beyond that I would say the relationship is probably very similar to that of a famous Hollywood star. You got to deal with the fame, stalkers, lots of traveling, etc. You probably do not have to deal with a lot of people looking down on you for it because those who you spend time with will most likely either be involved with the industry or have similar view points about the whole thing as you do. Personally, I wouldn't marry one because of those same Hollywood star problems. I don't want my wife to be living a life of fame or traveling all of the time. It's just not my style.
