Yep.. My buddy has over 400 frekin dvd's and he doesn't even watch all of them. He's at Best Buy 2-3 times a week buying dvd's. He's addicted. I only have 7 dvd's. 🙁

So how many do you have?

More than your friend 🙂

320 or so, average price per DVD is under $7 including shipping. Most of my DVD's were purchased 1998 - 2002 during the good 'ole gravy train days.

I've been meaning to use my free CueCat barcode scanner to get my collection into DVDProfiler.com so I can start selling them.

Dude, Radioshack was giving those away like, 2 or 3 years ago, right? I got fed up with it staring at me on my desk, so I crushed it...🙂

Yep, Radio Shack gave them away for absolutely free.

I had about 6 or so laying around but gave them away, have 2 or 3 now.

What's the point of having 400 DVDs?.. I mean getting a few collector's edition type of movies is cool (like godfather or scarface)

I never had more than 7 DVDs at the same type.. I buy a used one, I watch it and then I sell it.. it's like blockbuster except that I get my money back 🙂

Some people collect things cypriot 🙂

What's the point to any collection. Do comic book readers reread all their comic books constantly? Do stamp collectors reuse their collected stamps?

A hair under 200. Don't know the exact number. My collection always hovers around 175-200....if I hadn't sold ANY of the DVDs I've purchased I'd probably be around 300-350.

eBay is your best bet.

mmmm, about 75ish? Bought 10 over the weekend too...but that's nothing, this has been built up on a budget of nothing. My friend probably has anywhere from 600-1000...there are so many I wouldn't know how to estimate a number.
