his gf cheated on him and you want him to GIVE AWAY money???

I was really thinking of him giving time, rather than money or Aimster could always donate an XBOX 360 to an orphanage and tell his brother that he did it in his name...now that is bound to make him feel like a million dollars

Seriously though, doing something charitable would help his self-esteem and his ego is probably what's hurting right now.

I should have said me and my brother aren't close. We hang around two different people. We just have a hi-bye relationship. Me taking him out isn't going to help him at all. I'm just trying to be a good older brother without making things akward or uncomfortable for him.

maybe take this opportunity and become close. "be his brother" is better than xbox360

hmm...i think you kinda need to hang out with him...and try to get closer with him, its a good opportunity to do so.

women are all cheaters.. they are never serious in a relationship.. atleast at this age, they get wiser as they get older, and then men start cheating at that stage.

No

then its over.

give him a good slap on the back of the head. no reason for him to sit around and mope. if shes was out cheating on him, she didnt care anyway, so hes just wasting his energy on nothing but feeling sorry for himself, which gets him no where. sooner he figures that out, the better.

Don't listen to these goons, beer does not help. Just hang out with him, having someone around really does help.

Also don't forget to remind him that there will always be someone better out there no matter how good she was.

Yep, the only thing that would really help him in this situation would be to hook up with another girl.

Do some voulteer work at your local shelter or red cross and you will soon realize that they are numerous people who are worst off than your current heartbreak.

Yeah, if you got a 360, make sure to get some multiplayer games that'll keep his mind off of things. Or you can just get like 10 of his friends together, and spend the money that you would have spent on the 360 on strippers and beer :D
