Don't those have a glass vial inside that you break to start the chemical reaction?

Even if the fluid itself is non-toxic, the glass can't be good news...I'd take it to a vet anyway...

The glass nor liquid will be a problem as it's surrounded in plastic.

As other people in the thread stated, depending on the size of the glow stick (3"+) I'd take it to the vet because there's no way the cat's going to pass that thing. But imagine the video taken of a glostick coming out a cats a**........

The OP stated the cat was running around drooling and pawing at its mouth...suggesting that the plastic has been damaged, allowing the fluid and potentially glass shards to come out. I wasn't under the impression that the cat swallowed the glow stick whole...

"My friend, Dangerous Dave, I'm not going to say his family name of course, he says he has taken 22 E's in one night."

"How did he feel?"

"Well, he found it was a bit hard to get to sleep that night, but the next day he was really buzzin'!"

Logically speaking, the cat was probably choking! Hence the foaming at the mouth. Have you ever chewed on a glostick? They are made for dumb kids you know.

Imagine the lawsuits........ Kid chews on glostick, it burst and the glass tears at his throat and was allergic to the liquid contents.

Take her to a vet, you never know if it's toxic. Just that it doesn't kill humans doesn't guarantee that it doesn't kill cats.

Non toxic, oddly, does not mean you won't die from it. Check into the definition of "non toxic" for some laughs.
