My brother got arrested for assult with a deadly weapon...

Some of you don't seem to get it - He was not beaten with a shoe, he was kicked, the shoe was on my brothers foot.

Anyway, yes the broken window was intentional, and I know my brohter shouldn't have taken the law into his own hands. My brother's an idiot though, he's been getting himself in trouble for stupid things since he started high school, this is by far the worst though.

pretty sure that its steel toed boots and the like. considered weapons. kind of like having steel plates in your gloves and punching somebody. wouldn't be a weapon without the plates, but.... with plates, weapon.

In all likely hood he'll serve time and hopefully learn his lesson

He'll have a hard time getting a job now. There's a lot of things you cant do w/ a felony conviction

Well, sounds like he's got some growing up to do. Maybe after a couple Bubba's get him in the shower in juvie and blow his O-ring all out of shape, he'll realize its not worth the hassle to be an idiot.
