Doesn't look too bad. Air-cast I assume? Or did they plaster ya?

Also, what did you hit?

Just a hard shoe. Not too painfull unless I try to walk

Good. I think they only plaster if it's a full break. Keep it elevated and stay off it/use crutches.

That's the plan. They didn't give me crutches, though.

Obligatory "ha ha /nelson"

What is your shoe size? 13?! I would definitely stay off my feet AMAP and do get the crutches (yes, I hate crutches too but you will thank me later).

11 in running and casual shoes... 10 in some dress shoes and work boots.

Bah, it's just not that painful and the bone is fine as long as I don't flex the foot too much.

Ouch. That's probably more painful then it looks.

Well, my bone is dented and the surrounding tissue is very swollen and bruised.

It's sore but relatively painless now when I'm sitting in the recliner.

I didn't know it was hurt that bad and walked on it for 24 hours before I gave up and went to get it xrayed.

Walgreens or any drugstore, possibly walmart/target.

Bah, I'll hobble around the house for now.

I find that a pair of midgets work equally as well :Q

That's more expensive than crutches!

yeah but they're multi-use.

I fear to ask what the "other uses" might entail!
